विभाग एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग के लोगों को लाभ प्रदान करने में उत्कृष्टता और पारदर्शिता के उच्चतम मानक के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। सरकार द्वारा कई योजनाएं कार्यान्वित की जा रही हैं। अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/ओबीसी/अल्पसंख्यक दिल्ली के निवासियों के सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास के लिए एनसीटी दिल्ली। लागू की गई योजनाओं का नाम, योजनाओं के तहत दी गई वित्तीय सहायता की राशि और उसमें निर्धारित शर्तें, जिन्हें आवेदक द्वारा पूरा किया जाना है। विभिन्न योजनाओं से संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों का नाम और टेलीफोन नंबर आखिरी में दिया गया है। आवेदन पत्र का प्रारूप योजनाओं के विज्ञापन के साथ समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित किया जाता है।
