The department has following Associated bodies :-

- Delhi Commission for Safai Karamcharis (DCSK)
- Commission for Other Backward Classes, GNCTD
1. Delhi SC/ST/OBC Financial and Development Corporation (DSFDC)
- Incorporated in 1983 under Companies Act, 1956
- Designated as the State Channelizing Agency (SCA) for the Apex Corporations - NSCFDC, NBCFDC, etc. of GoI, - for providing subsidized loans to deprived class for upliftment of their socio-economic conditions.
Objectives of DSFDC :-
a. Economic upliftment of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/Handicapped and Safai-Karamcharis.
b. Provide loans on subsidized rate of interest for Income Generating purposes.
c. Promote/undertake programs of agricultural development marketing, processing, supply & storage of agricultural produce, small scale industry, transport and other approved business activities.
d. Provide on Hire basis agricultural implements or industrial machinery or equipments to the members of target groups.
e. To give grant/ subsidies and to guarantee loans taken by the target groups.
2. Delhi Commission for Safai Karamcharis (DCSK) - The Commission known as “Delhi Commission for Safai Karamcharis” was created by an Act of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi with the assent of the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi on 25th November, 2006 in Delhi Gazette on 6th December, 2006 vide information No.1 (1) LA-2003/7697 to safeguard the rights and interests of Safai Karamcharis in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on matters connected there with or incidental thereto.
3.Commission for Other Backward Classes, GNCTD - The objective of the Commission is to examine requests for inclusion of any class of citizens as a backward class in the lists and hear complaints of over-inclusion or under-inclusion of any backward class in such lists and tender such advice to the Government as it deems appropriate. The funds is released in the form of GIA to the Commission.
The commission has so far recommended inclusion of 65 castes in the State List of OBCs which had been notified by the Government.
